They say that the cute ones...
The ones with bright happy smiles...
Have the best chance of being chosen...
Chosen to be someone's own treasured child...
Chosen to have a Mama and papa of their own.
But what about the sad ones?
The ones who can't smile...
Because they are so sad...
So scared...
So neglected...
So lonley...
Is there any hope for the sad ones?
Will anyone notice them?
Will anyone see the butterfly inside?
Ready to burst out with new life...
If they just receive love..
And encouragement...
And opportunity...
To become what they were meant to be?
Who will believe in the dream God has for them?
And step out and claim the beautiful treasure God has made for them...
A beautiful child...
That God has made?
Who will have the joy...
Of putting a smile...
On the face of the sad?
"Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted." Matthew 5:4 NIV
Help put a smile on the face of a child!
(While praying for the sad children, please pray for the happy ones too -- they all need families before they loose their smile!)
