Sweet little Chrystyna...
Had a rough start in life...
I don't know the full extent of the difficulties she faced as a baby...
But when she was not quite three years old...
Her mother's parental rights were taken away...
And Chrystyna became a ward of the state.
For a time she was housed in a mental institution...
With little love or stimulation to help her grow and develop.
Thankfully, she was removed from the institution...
And sent to a better orphanage where children are able to receive better care...
And some type of education, however limited it might be.
Below is Chrystyna's most recent picture taken just last year...
It has been NINE years since she was taken from her mother...
She's growing up without a family...
She has a sister Karen who has now aged out of her opportunity to be adopted...
Because she just turned 18.
But Chrystyna still has a chance!
She can still be adopted if a family is found for her!
If only someone will say yes to her!
Dear Chrystyna just had a birthday less than 2 weeks ago (on January 17)...
She is now 12 years old...
Wouldn't it be wonderful if she could get a family before her next birthday?
Can you share to help her find one?
Or maybe, just maybe...
You could be her family!
By the way Chrystyna has a grant fund of over TEN THOUSAND dollars to help with her adoption expenses!
You can read more about Chrystyna on her Reece's Rainbow profile HERE.
You can read more about the adoption process HERE.
Chrystyna's advocate Chelsea, is eager for help spreading the word about Chrystyna...
She hopes that if many people share her, somehow her family will see her!
If any of you who blog could write a post for Chrystyna, Chelsea will write a post for the orphan on your heart!
You can visit Chelsea's blog HERE.
Feel free to share this post as well...
You can also use the collage below on your blog post for her if you wish.
Share the love, spread the word...
Let's help find Chrstyna a family!
