Her sister is her only hope!

This is Karen...

She is a healthy girl with no special needs.

She attends school and does not have behavior problems.

She is already 16 years old...

And still no family has claimed her!

She is in danger of being turned out on the street soon (if she's not there already)...

To fend for herself...

Out on the streets alone is NOT a safe place for a sweet teenager...

Who has no Mom and Dad to guide her in how to make adult decisions...

No Dad to protect her from thugs, or prostitution hangouts...

What will she do when she needs food but has no money?

What will she do when it's cold and she has no shelter?

What can she do?

She needs a Papa to protect her...

A Mama to share her secrets and encourage her that she is valuable and loved...

Whether she decides to be a nurse or a teacher...

Or whatever her dream...

She needs a family to stand by her!

At 16 years old it would normally be too late for Karen...

To late for her to be adopted...

BUT...

Karen has an advantage that many orphaned teens do not have...

She has a little sister!

And because of this...

Karen has hope!

The only way she can be adopted is if she and her sister are adopted together!

(What a blessing it would be for them to be together again!)

Here is little sister Chrystyna!

We have two pictures of her...

She is 10 years old.

Chrystyna has some mental delays...

She may have fetal alcohol syndrome...

But she deserves a family too!

She was transferred to a mental institution for a time...

But was blessed to be transferred to a much better place!

The change has been SOOO beneficial to her!

Just imagine how she would blossom in a family!

Two precious girls...

 Can you help them?

Could you be their Mom or Dad?

(You can learn more about the process of adoption at:
 http://reecesrainbow.org/new-family/international-adoption-process)

If not...

Can you add even a few dollars to Chrystyna's fund?

This will help both girls if they are adopted together!

(Karen does not have her own fund - she can ONLY be adopted with Chrystyna)

When I first wrote this post last March Chrystyna's fund contained $15 dollars...

But from this small start it has grown to $1,187.74!!!

Right now Chelsea is doing a fundraiser for her!

It is simple...

Donate $5 to Chrystyna's fund HERE...

And Chelsea will write a blog post featuring the Reece's Rainbow child of your choice!

(Click THIS LINK, then choose an age category to view available children and make your choice!)

Be sure to visit Chelsea's blog HERE and let her know in the comments that you have donated and who you would like her to write a blog post for!

Every dollar counts!

These girls so NEED to come home!

While not everyone can adopt or donate...

Remember...

Prayers and shares are free!

And they DO make a difference!

*****

This is a Teamwork Tuesday post...

Emmitt and Victoria are waiting for a family too...
